Well I came to the conclusion that what I was doing was not what I was meant to do and I quit my job. In todays economy I am not certain that it was the best descion however, it feels right and freeing. I was grateful for the oppurtunity and hopeful that what lies ahead will be meaningful.

Another Day

I have applied for more jobs than I care to mention in the last few days. I have been off work for less than 4 days now and I am restless and bored. Not to mention broke. I was already living from one paycheck to the next . Unemployment sent me a letter today and said that I could draw $130.00 a week. I was earning more than $540.00 a week. How is that even possible? I have never drawn unemployment before and I don't know how anyone can afford to live off what they give you. I have bills to pay and I like to eat way too much. Have an interview next week I am praying for grace.

Just Life

I went to work Monday morning thinking that it was just another day. Boy was I wrong. I worked for an hour and a half before I was told that I was being laid off effective immediately. Wow if there is such a thing as bad timing this is it. My daughter and grand daughter have just moved in with me my boyfriend is drawing very little unemployment my brakes are going out in my car again, shoot all Im missing is a 3 legged dog and I have just wrote my first country and western song. Karma is a bitch thats all Im saying.
